Fifth Bay is at 9888 Roberts Rd, Silver Point, TN, right off I-40 at Exit 276, just west of Cookeville. Easy on and off the interstate, with 60-ft drive aisles so you are not backing a trailer through a tight lot.

Bays run from 15′ × 35′ to 20′ × 50′ with a 12′ × 14′ door. Bring your measurements on a tour and we will help you pick a size.
Can I work on my machines in the bay?
Every bay has 100-amp electrical service and LED lighting.
Is it secure?
Entry is gated and controlled, and bay doors open from an app.
