Every Fifth Bay storage bay is deeded real estate with Class-A construction: 525–1,000 square feet, a 12′ × 14′ insulated overhead door, high-bay ceilings up to 16′, and 100-amp power. 20′ bays add a separate entry door. Add climate control, epoxy floors, a mezzanine, or a lift — it’s yours to build out within community guidelines.
The weekender’s bay
Wake boat on the trailer, gear on the wall, and a mezzanine overhead for boards, coolers, and off-season storage. Back in after a day on the water, rinse off, plug in, done — everything for the lake lives in one place, ready to hook up and go.
The working bay
Truck, enclosed trailer, and racking for materials and tools. With 100-amp power, LED lighting, and app-controlled door access, it runs like a shop — load out in the morning, lock up at night, and give the garage at home back to the family.
The road-trip bay
A 14′ door and 50′ of depth swallow a fifth-wheel with room to spare. Add 50-amp power to keep the batteries topped and the fridge cold, so the rig leaves the bay vacation-ready instead of spending a day staging in the driveway.
The blank canvas
1,000 square feet, ceilings up to 16′, sealed concrete, and power to spare. Collector’s garage, hobby shop, a private museum for the toys — epoxy the floor, add a lift or a mezzanine, and make it exactly yours.
