Text messaging terms

Fifth Bay, LLC rents and sells private storage bays (boats, RVs, vehicles, and business storage) at our Exit 276 facility in Silver Point, TN. We text people who contact us first by calling or texting our business number, submitting a form on our website, or submitting a Facebook or Instagram lead form with their phone number. Texts are one-to-one conversations with a Fifth Bay team member about your inquiry: answering questions about renting or buying a bay, scheduling and confirming tours, sending lease paperwork and gate access information, and following up. We do not buy contact lists or send bulk marketing texts.

When you opt in, we may send you a message to confirm. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text HELP to (615) 899-5229 for help. Text STOP to (615) 899-5229 to cancel.

You can cancel at any time. After you text STOP to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to start again, just text us or ask us to contact you, as you did the first time.

Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, and other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
